Lycée Mohammed VI d’Excellence Benguerir wins final of “Hack Ton Futur” 

Lycée Mohammed VI d’Excellence Benguerir won the grand final of the 3rd edition of the “Hack ton Futur” competition, which took place at the Residence of France in Rabat on Wednesday, June 21. The team excelled in front of the jury of this event organized by French Tech Morocco, thanks to their innovative project ‘Eduverse,’ which proposes a new pedagogical approach through the metaverse.

This edition of “Hack ton Futur” was marked by the commitment and creativity of young Moroccans in the field of technology. The Eduverse project of Benguerir Excellence High School represents an immersive laboratory solution for physics and chemistry experiments, offering new learning opportunities for students.

The “Hack ton Futur” challenge, which aims to raise awareness among young people about innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, focused this year on the theme of the metaverse. This event sparked great interest among students from fourth to twelfth grade across Morocco, attracting 57 applications from 11 different institutions spread across several cities in the Kingdom. The five finalist teams benefited from personalized support and coaching from entrepreneurs and experts in technology and innovation before the final.
