MSN Students Public Narrative & Facilitation Training for Success

MEME students at UM6P participate in a dynamic collective intelligence training led by Manal Elattir.

This week, the MSN Department welcomed Manal Elattir, Senior Facilitator from the School of Collective Intelligence, for a four-day immersive training with MEME students on collective intelligence, problem-solving, creativity, public narrative, and facilitation.

The training emphasized that collective intelligence is not automatic—it must be organized. Through practical applications, students explored the seven drivers of collective intelligence, applying them to teamwork, idea presentation, and problem-solving. The approach combined exercises, games, and simulations, allowing participants to experience the concepts in real time rather than through traditional lectures.

A key part of the training focused on public narrative, where students crafted their Story of Self to reflect on personal experiences shaping their leadership, Story of Us to identify shared values, and Story of Now to define collective challenges and actions to address them.
