Over 200 trees planted during Lions Club UM6P’s environmental initiative

On the 21^st of December, the Lions Club UM6P, in collaboration with Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement (SOLE), the Experimental Farm, and the Lions Club ‘Unité Euromed,’ organized a humanitarian initiative in Benguerir under the theme “Our Trees, Our Future.”

This environmental and educational initiative aimed to promote reforestation and raise awareness about ecological preservation among students and local communities. Over 200 trees were planted across three schools in the Benguerir region, with UM6P students leading the activities and engaging with students and teachers on the ecological benefits and the importance of individual responsibility in protecting the environment.
