University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) continues to make its mark on the Moroccan entrepreneurial ecosystem with the launch of The Forge, an ambitious initiative dedicated to the creation of startups with global impact. Hosted on the innovative StartGate campus in Benguerir, this new platform offers a comprehensive set of programs designed to support entrepreneurs in every phase of their adventure, from ideation to international expansion.
The Forge does not limit itself to traditional coaching. According to Yassine Laghzioui, Director of Entrepreneurship and Venturing at UM6P and CEO of UM6P Ventures, this program is the fruit of several years of maturation through initiatives such as the Entrepreneur Academy, U-Founders, Explorer, Startgate, and many others. With the support of UM6P Ventures and the Ibn Rochd Foundation for Science and Innovation (FIRSI), The Forge offers founders a structured environment, combining high-level mentoring, cutting-edge technological infrastructures, and access to international networks.
