Mastering Crisis Management
A Collaborative Workshop Experience
On April 14th, the Executive Education STH – UM6P, in collaboration with the HSE & WellBeing Directorate of OCP SBU Mining, held a workshop on the “Crisis Management System (CMS)”.
This immersive day had several key objectives:
- To embed the fundamental principles of crisis management through simulation exercises
- To strengthen coordination across multiple sites
- To enhance decision-making under critical conditions
- To effectively prepare teams for a range of crisis scenarios
Facilitated by distinguished experts — Mr. Hakim Benmoussa (Crisis Management Expert), Mr. Tariq Essaid (Risk Management Expert), Mr. Hassan Echchfarjli (Civil Engineering Project Expert), and Mr. Hafidi Mohamed (Communication Expert)—this workshop represents an innovative and strategic initiative aimed at fostering a culture of resilience and proactive preparedness within our teams.
