A Program Co-Designed by UM6P and OCP for Greater Impact
We are proud to announce the official launch of the second cohort of the WI Progress program, a strategic initiative designed to support the advancement of women with strong technical backgrounds across OCP’s industrial sites.
This year’s edition marks an exciting evolution of the program, co-designed by the Executive Education team at UM6P and the Talent & Organizational Development (TOD) teams at OCP Mining and Manufacturing, drawing on feedback and learnings from the first cohort.
To take it even further, we are honored to welcome MIT as an academic partner for this edition, bringing world-class expertise and global perspectives to the journey of our participants.
The launch session brought together 30 participants and featured a high-level faculty team from MIT, including Professors Deborah Ancona, Meg Regan, and Diane Abbott, whose presence set the tone for an inspiring and ambitious learning journey ahead.
