This week marked the official launch of a customized Executive Education program designed for SP2M’s teams, a strategic initiative co-developed by EXED STH and UM6P France, in close collaboration with the SBU SP2M

Rooted in the operational realities of the field and the specific challenges of the SP2M program, the training supports SP2M’s ambition through three key enablers:
- Digital
- Sustainability
- Talent, Culture & Capabilities
The 18-month journey focuses on mastering complex project management, blending cutting-edge technical content, soft skills development, and real-world case studies. It is carefully aligned with SP2M’s strategic milestones to ensure a step-by-step skills ramp-up ahead of mine operations.
The kick-off featured two engaging panels that set the tone for a high-impact learning experience. We were honored by the presence of Mr. Abdelghani Filali, who shared an inspiring message on the critical role of talent development in enabling SP2M’s success.
