A student-driven initiative connecting innovation, mentorship, and professional growth
The UM6P Entrepreneur Academy and the UM6P Career Center, in collaboration with Venture 2 Impact (V2I), are launching a new initiative designed to bridge entrepreneurship, career development, and the future of work. This experience aims to empower students by combining expert mentorship with a participatory design approach—ensuring that the program is shaped by the very students it serves Assesment Email UM6P EV x V2I.
A Global Partner Committed to Impact
Founded in Canada, Venture 2 Impact (V2I) is an NGO specializing in human-centered design and digital resilience. By leveraging expertise from Fortune 500 companies, V2I co-creates sustainable solutions to complex global challenges. Since 2016, the organization has impacted over 2 million people, providing mentorship and technical tools to help students and entrepreneurs unlock their professional potential Assesment Email UM6P EV x V2I.
Through this partnership, UM6P strengthens its commitment to fostering innovation, leadership, and employability skills within its academic community.
A Three-Friday Immersive Experience
Over three Fridays in May, selected students will participate in a structured engagement journey combining dialogue, mentorship, and practical exploration Assesment Email UM6P EV x V2I.
The program includes:
- Expert Panel Discussions
Moderated sessions with interactive Q&A, focusing on entrepreneurship, career pathways, and emerging professional trends. - 1-on-1 Expert Exchanges
“Speed dating”–style meetings featuring five rounds of 20-minute private conversations tailored to each participant’s interests. - Tailored Content Matching
Sessions designed around students’ preferences—whether entrepreneurship-oriented or career-focused.
Designed With Students, For Students
The initiative follows a three-phase model to ensure meaningful and lasting impact Assesment Email UM6P EV x V2I:
- Pre-Program (Needs Assessment) – Students define expectations and key themes.
- During-Program (Expert Dialogues) – Structured exchanges with professionals.
- Post-Program (Continuity) – Ensuring sustained value beyond the sessions.
By integrating student input from the outset, the program reflects UM6P’s broader mission: creating opportunities that are co-designed, relevant, and impact-driven.
