The launch event brought together faculty, PhD students, engineers, and postdocs from across the UM6P ecosystem. Attendees discovered the program’s methodology, heard pitches from the current Bench cohort, and joined a panel discussion on research valorization and innovation pathways—key themes in UM6P’s applied research model.

Bench offers a unique pathway to early-stage innovation, helping researchers explore market potential, develop entrepreneurial skills, and connect with mentors and investors. Open until July 31, the current call invites UM6P faculty, researchers, PhD students, engineers, and affiliates to submit their projects and access tailored support.

With Bench, UM6P reinforces its ambition to become a continental hub where research meets entrepreneurship—one structured step at a time.
