GATE TO UM6P

The Gate to UM6P Onboarding Days, organized by UM6P Student Affairs, concluded after a month-long series of events designed to help new students integrate into the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic community and embrace the institution’s spirit of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Held across the Benguerir and Rabat campuses, the 2025 edition offered a dynamic and inclusive program blending creativity, learning, and entertainment — giving new students a meaningful start to their academic journey.

From hands-on workshops to campus-wide events, each week introduced students to a new facet of UM6P life.

In Benguerir, activities included Crafty Workshops, Gate Morning Activities, and an HSE Awareness Session on community well-being. Evenings came alive with the Sunset Beats Party and the Comedy Show, offering laughter, music, and shared memories.

In Rabat, the program invited students to explore craftsmanship and culture through The Crafting Zone — featuring pottery, zellij, and virtual reality experiences — followed by a Movie Night encouraging connection and exchange.

The third week expanded engagement with sessions on Ethics, Values, Citizenship, and Civility led by the Ethics and Conduct Compliance Office (ECCO), a Treasure Hunt across both campuses, and an exciting Game Night with arcade and board games.

The final week brought focus to student well-being and personal development. A Mental Health and Well-Being Workshop, co-hosted by ECCO and the UM6P Health Center, equipped students with tools to manage stress and cultivate emotional resilience.

The celebration culminated in “THE STAGE” Talent Show, a highlight event showcasing the creativity and diversity of UM6P students — a perfect reflection of the University’s vibrant community spirit.

Through this month of onboarding, Gate to UM6P reaffirmed the University’s commitment to empowering students not only academically but personally. By encouraging collaboration, awareness, and creativity, the initiative continues to shape a generation of engaged, responsible, and connected learners.
