From the 13th to 14th of May, the first edition of HACK the Future of Work took place at the UM6P Campus in Benguerir, bringing together over 200 participants, including corporate executives, HR leaders, researchers, and students from a wide range of institutions and sectors.

The event centered around the theme “Human in the Age of AI: The Workforce & Society We Want.” Through a combination of keynotes, panels, and workshops, the program addressed critical questions on skills development, leadership transformation, ethical transitions, and intergenerational collaboration in a rapidly changing digital context.

A Platform for Thought Leadership and Transformation

The forum featured insights from 26 business leaders, 30 HR professionals, and 32 national and international experts, creating a collaborative environment to reflect on the future of work. Participants explored how AI-driven change can be aligned with human values, social responsibility, and sustainable organizational models.
