The Leadership Summit: Leadership Lab – “From Self to Systems: Equipping Africa’s Next Leaders”

From Self to Systems: Equipping Africa’s Next Leaders

From June 13th to 15th, the Rabat campus of UM6P will host a transformative experience in leadership learning: the Leadership Lab, a flagship event organized by the Collective Intelligence Consortium student club, in collaboration with SOLE (Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement) and the School of Collective Intelligence (SCI).

At the heart of this immersive journey lies a rich program of interactive workshops, design thinking sessions, leadership simulations, and peer coaching. One of the highlights will be the Africa 2040 Challenge Simulation Lab, a collaborative exercise inviting participants to tackle continental challenges through the lens of systems thinking. Participants will also design their own leadership roadmap, engage with real-life case studies, and receive guidance from expert facilitators.

Led by teams from the School of Collective Intelligence, Africa Business School, and BCG, this lab invites participants to reimagine leadership as an evolving practice—one that begins with the self and scales toward systemic impact.

More than a leadership training, this event reflects UM6P’s commitment to pan-African transformation, youth empowerment, and the science of collective intelligence. It is a unique space where knowledge, creativity, and social responsibility intersect to shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Join us in Rabat for this visionary summit on leading change in a complex world.
