A framework partnership agreement was signed on Saturday in Rabat to implement the national program for training children in digital technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

This agreement was signed by the Minister of Digital Transition and Public Administration Reform, Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, the Minister of Youth, Culture, and Communication, Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Economy and Finance, in charge of the Budget, Fouzi Lekjaa, and the representative of Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P), Ibtissam Khamlichi.
As part of the national strategy “Morocco Digital 2030,” which places the development of young people’s digital skills at the heart of its priorities, this agreement aims to foster the emergence of a dynamic digital ecosystem in Morocco and to train a new generation skilled in future technologies.
Under this agreement, the signatories commit to strengthening access to digital knowledge and AI for all categories of people by introducing young people to technological tools and concepts related to AI from an early age.
It also aims to promote the responsible and secure use of digital technologies and AI, raising children’s awareness of best practices and the ethics of new technologies to enhance digital inclusion, ensure equal access to digital tools, and reduce the technological divide.
