This week, TechniX has signed a partnership with JESA, reinforcing its commitment to technical competency building within the OCP ecosystem. This collaboration introduces a tailor-made training program designed to equip JESA’s subcontractors with skills in maintenance, automation, hydraulics, and quality control.
A skills audit will assess areas for improvement, ensuring that training programs align with industry needs. In addition to formal training, TechniX will open its workshops to provide a hands-on learning environment, supported by on-site assistance to facilitate the direct application of new competencies in the field.
