Green Energy Park joined the 2025 UrbanShift Forum in Nairobi to advance sustainable cities, climate adaptation, and South-South cooperation. Representing Morocco, the delegation highlighted nature-based solutions and urban energy transition.

From the 17th to the 21st of February, Green Energy Park took part in the 2025 UrbanShift Forum for Green and Resilient African Cities in Nairobi, Kenya, as part of the Marrakech Sustainable City Program (PMVD) and the UrbanShift initiative, launched by UNEP and C40 Cities.
Representing Green Energy Park, Dr. Samir Idrissi Kaitouni joined a Moroccan delegation to strengthen South-South cooperation, promote Morocco’s sustainability efforts, and exchange knowledge on urban resilience and climate adaptation. Discussions emphasized nature-based solutions and innovative approaches to building sustainable cities. Green Energy Park continues to support urban energy transition through R&D on sustainable buildings.
