Join Mr. Abdelmajid Ezzaim for an insightful session on mental health and stress management through theater at UM6P on March 20th, 2025.

On March 20th, 2025, UM6P Benguerir Campus will host the third session of “Narta9i,” titled “Mental Health: Stress Management (ACT & HEAL),” organized by the EmpowerU, HECO, and Connect Student Clubs in collaboration with SOLE (Student Organizations, Leadership & Engagement).  The session was designed to explore effective techniques for managing stress through the art of theater.

Participants will learn to enhance mental health by promoting emotional expression and building self-confidence through improvisation, along with strengthening the mind-body connection through movement and breathing exercises.

The session also aims to improve communication, foster active listening, and create a supportive, non-judgmental environment for expression, equipping attendees with practical skills for managing stress and fostering personal growth.
