Third Edition of the Explorer Innovation Program Launched in Collaboration with MIT Sandbox

Empowering student ventures and innovation through MIT collaboration

On April 10, the UM6P Explorer Innovation Program held its third annual Showcase at the UM6P Benguerir Campus, developed in collaboration with the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund.

The program supports student entrepreneurship across UM6P and partner institutions, fostering applied innovation and venture building. This year, 44 student teams from universities including Cadi Ayyad, Al Akhawayn, Hassan II, Mohammed V, Technopark, and PASET showcased their ventures to an audience of researchers, mentors, and investors.

The event featured 15 public project presentations, covering topics from digital technologies to energy and sustainable development. The Showcase strengthens UM6P’s role in connecting academic innovation to real-world impact, and empowering a new generation of Moroccan entrepreneurs.
