A New Chapter for Knowledge Transfer at Jorf Lasfar
In a move to professionalize internal knowledge sharing, TAQA Morocco partnered with TechniX to launch a 10-day Internal Trainer Development Program at the Jorf Lasfar power station. Designed for experienced staff and retirees, the initiative empowers technical experts to become confident trainers, ensuring that decades of operational know-how are passed on to future generations.
On the 25th of March, TechniX began delivering a 10-day Internal Trainer Development Program at the Jorf Lasfar power station, in collaboration with TAQA Morocco, which initiated the training initiative.
The program brought together 40 experienced professionals and retirees from key departments—Operations, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, I&C, and HSE—to strengthen in-house training capacity and knowledge transfer.
As part of TAQA’s learning strategy, the initiative aims to build a structured and sustainable training culture. With TechniX supporting program design and delivery, the focus is on equipping future trainers with the necessary tools and skills to enhance knowledge-sharing within the organization.
